Bread and Bakery Items for Customers in Colorado and Wyoming

This is an unrestricted acquisition for Fresh Bread and Bakery products for DoD Customers in Colorado and Wyoming, including Peterson AFB, Schriever AFB, Air Force Academy, Fort Carson, and FE Warren AFB for customers in Colorado and Wyoming. The delivery points require indefinite quantities of Fresh Bread and Bakery items for delivery beginning November 12, 2017 and ending November 8, 2020. The resultant award will be for a three year (36-month) fixed price contract with tiered pricing. The first pricing tier will be from November 12, 2017 through November 9, 2019. The second pricing tier will be from November 10, 2019 through November 8, 2020. The resultant award will be an indefinite delivery contract, with a guaranteed minimum of 25% and maximum of 250% maximum of the actual award value. The solicitation will be issued under FAR 13.5 - Test Program for Commercial Items. Anticipated solicitation issuance date on or after August 1, 2017. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support.
