Kennedy Space Center (KSC) is pleased to issue Request for Proposal (RFP) 80KSC025R0005 for the NASA Agency-wide Supply of Liquid Hydrogen acquisition. You are notified that the following changes are made: The anticipated release date of the RFP 80KSC025R0005 is on or about June 2, 2025, with anticipated proposal due date of on or about July 2, 2025. End of Amendment THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY NASA/KSC plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the following commercial products or commercial services: NASA Agency-wide Supply of Liquid Hydrogen. The purpose of this contract is to acquire approximately 36,952,000 pounds of liquid hydrogen for the following locations: Glenn Research Center/Armstrong Test Facility (GRC/ATF), Kennedy Space Center/Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (KSC/CCSFS), Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC), and Stennis Space Center (SSC). The anticipated contract type is a fixed-price requirements contract. The acquisition will be conducted under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with the procedures of FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, and award will be made using the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection process (as described in FAR 15.101-2). The estimated period of performance is from December 1, 2025 to November 30, 2030, including all option periods, if any. This acquisition will be conducted through full and open competition. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 325120 Industrial Gas Manufacturing and 1,000 employees, respectively. The anticipated release date of the RFP 80KSC025R0005 is on or about May 28, 2025, with an anticipated proposal due date of on or about June 30, 2025.
