96 -- Twin Knobs Shoreline Stabilization

The Daniel Boone National Forest is seeking proposals for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Requirements contract to support the Twin Knobs Shoreline Stabilization Project. The government anticipates a base year requirement for approximately 16,500 tons of Class II Channel Liner, with additional unknown quantities needed across two option years. This requirement is classified under NAICS 212312 Crushed and Broken Limestone Mining and Quarrying and PSC 96. Materials are to be delivered and stockpiled as requested at the Twin Knobs Recreation Area boat ramp parking area, located approximately 5.4 miles east of US 60 on Highway 801 in Rowan County, Kentucky.

Solicitation number FS-ORB-4-1157 serves as a combined synopsis/solicitation for these services. Interested vendors must provide per-ton pricing that includes the cost of the Class II Channel Liner and the anticipated haul.
