Note The Base Period will be from 1 October 2021 through 31 Jul 2022 plus four (4) option periods of one (1) year each, if exercised by the Government. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, MICC-Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico, has a requirement for Hotel LodgingRooms Only and/or Hotel Lodging Rooms, Meals, Conference Rooms, Conference Room related equipment and Parking and related services throughout Puerto Rico. It is the Government's intention to issuevarious firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). The resulting agreements are in support of the 1st Mission Support and other Commands for Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program, Lodging-in-Kind (LIK), Training and Other. The proposed acquisition is UNRESTRICTED. NO THIRD PARTY AGREMENTSWILL BE HONORED. The American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 721110- Hotels and Motels with a Size Standard of $35 millions of dollars. The Solicitation, W912C3-21-Q-001A, will be posted on or about 30 April 2021 and made available via the Federal Contract Opportunities web site at https://beta.SAM.gov. It is the responsibility of the Vendor to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments issued. Vendors interested in doing business with the Government shall be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website accessed through https://www.sam.gov and have an active account. For information on how to register your company on the Federal Contract Opportunities, to view or receive updates and notifications to the solicitation, please reference the Contract Opportunities web site home page. No paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished. A solicitation mailing list will not be maintained for this procurement. Vendors shall also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete. Vendors are also responsible for reading the solicitation in its entirety to ensure all requested pricing associated with the work, price breakdown and any other information or documentation is submitted with their offer. Any Amendments issued shall be signed and submitted with the offer. Failure to sign and send any amendments issued with the offer may render your offer not eligible for consideration for award.
