Description: The proposed RFP is for the Men's/Women's White Dress Glove with the following NSNs: PGC 00171 - Men's Sizes PGC 01377 - Women's Sizes NSN: 8440-00-160-0770 - Size S NSN: 8445-00-310-1151 - Size 6 8440-00-160-0874 - Size M 8445-00-310-1152 - Size 6 8440-00-160-0875 - Size L 8445-00-310-1153 - Size 7 8445-00-310-1166 - Size 7 8445-00-310-1172 - Size 8 8445-00-310-1177 - Size 8 8445-00-310-1179 - Size 9 Subject item made in accordance to A-A-55236 (Men's) and A-A-59495 (Women's). The solicitation will be issued as UNRESTRICTED, and awarded under a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Type Contract. The resultant contract will be for a base year and four (4) one-year term options. Total order quantities for each term (base and options) will be a minimum of 30,744 PR per term, an annual estimated quantity (AEQ) of 76,860 PR, and an annual order limitation quantity (AOLQ) of 96,075 PR per term. All materials used in the fabrication are to be furnished by the successful offeror. Delivery of the first shipment is scheduled for 120 days after date of award (including time for first article testing), subsequent deliveries will be scheduled for 90 days after date of award. Inspection and acceptance is at Origin and shipment is FOB Destination. The destination will include Travis Association for the Blind at Austin, TX. Tradeoff Source Selection procedures will be used. Small Business Support It is anticipated this solicitation will be posted on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ by end of June 2018. All offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. In order to register for access to secure portions of DLA DIBBS, the company you are representing must already be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) system. 3. A Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code registration will be processed immediately. A User ID will appear on the registration screen 2AQW and a password will be sent separately to the email address of the Super User. If a CAGE is already registered on DLA DIBBS, the name and email address of the Super User will be provided. The Super User should be contacted to set-up additional accounts, logons and passwords for their CAGE. DIBBS Super User *If your CAGE has already been registered on DIBBS, the name and email address of the person designated as your super user will be provided. *The representative who starts the DIBBS registration process has the option to accept their SAM registration POC as the DIBBS super user, or they can designate themselves or another person to act as the super user for the CAGE. *The super user acts as the account administrator for a CAGE. They can add up to ninety-eight (98) additional users, provide user IDs and passwords, modify existing users, and control the login status of each user for their CAGEs through My Account (Account Maintenance). Please note that ALL materials used in the fabrication of this item shall be furnished by the successful offeror. This solicitation contains DOMESTIC RESTRICTIONS, which means all components and all manufacturing must be obtained/performed within the United States.
