OPERATIONAL CONTRACT SUPPORT (OCS) TRAINING INITIATIVE “OCS TUTORS”

The Department of the Air Force, through the AFDW PK office, has issued solicitation FA701420Q0049 for the Operational Contract Support (OCS) Training Initiative, known as "OCS Tutors." This requirement provides specialized training and curriculum materials designed to integrate OCS into the current force structure. The contractor will propose a full-spectrum doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership and education, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF) capability solution framework to enhance OCS responsiveness and accountability for the warfighter.

The performance of this contract takes place in the United States and is designated as an SBA set-aside. It is categorized under NAICS 611430 for Professional and Management Development Training and PSC R499 for Support- Professional: Other. To qualify for the award, the contractor must maintain a Top Secret Facility Clearance and demonstrate the capacity to staff personnel who hold valid Top Secret Clearances with SCI eligibility.
