The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support, through its Subsistence Produce and Market Fresh Program, is conducting market research to support the supply of Pepsi cans and bottles to Department of War military customers in Delaware. This Request for Information (RFI), identified under solicitation number SPE300-26-R-X022, serves as a source sought notice to assist the agency in crafting a future solicitation. The government intends to eventually issue an indefinite quantity contract to a commercial firm for the delivery of brand-specific Pepsi products to Department of Defense and troop customers at Dover Air Force Base and other locations within the state.
The scope of the anticipated requirement involves providing nonalcoholic beverages, classified under PSC 8960: BEVERAGES, NONALCOHOLIC and NAICS 312111: Soft Drink Manufacturing. Products must meet commercial standards for temperature maintenance. While no set-aside is currently designated for this notice, the future solicitation will require offerors to propose on all items within the Group 1 Schedule of Items. The agency intends to make a single award for these requirements.
Interested parties are requested to submit feedback via a market research survey by 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on May 21, 2026. The place of performance is listed as Dover, FL, USA, though the service area focuses on Delaware customers.
