This procurement is for a two year base. The solicitation contains an option to extend the terms of the contract for three additional one-year periods. This procurement is for 157 Price Evaluation List (PEL) of items and an additional 5,654 items may be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. Delivery is as follows: 150 days. This solicitation contains Surge and Sustainment (S&S) requirements. Please refer to Procurement Notes C06, L18, M07 and L19 for complete details. Anticipated award date: April 15, 2020 Each item will be evaluated individually utilizing "Best Value" Source Selection procedures. Offers will be evaluated under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15. For this solicitation, all evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are significantly more important than cost or price.
