The Contractor shall provide all management, labor, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to perform semi-annual and annual dielectric testing and load testing of high voltage equipment and exterior electrical personal equipment for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Shafter (FS) and Schofield Barracks (SB), on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. The contractor shall perform all work in accordance with all local, Federal, and State laws and regulations; and commercial standards.
