View moreThe proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 6.103-1& Statutory Authority 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) Only one responsible source found in section 12.102 of the FAR Overhaul. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes, quotes, or quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

Description:
CLIN 0001: Schedule III (Intra-City) packing, containerization, and local drayage services. The
contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials, except as specified herein as government-furnished, for the preparation of personal property of Department of Defense (DoD) personnel for shipment and or storage and related services through the Direct Procurement Method (DPM). Work shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the associated Item Numbers identified on Attachment (1), Schedule III
of the Pricing Worksheet.
Period of Performance (POP): 01 July 2026 through 31 Dec 2026.
