This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all capability statements, proposals, or quotations received within fifteen (15) calendar days after publication of this notice shall be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
