NAVFACSYSCOM NORTHWEST Request for Information (RFI) Shipyard Infrastructure and Optimization Program (SIOP) P454 Multi-Mission Dry Dock (M2D2)

The Department of the Navy, NAVFAC Northwest, issued this presolicitation notice under solicitation number N4425526RF011 for the Shipyard Infrastructure and Optimization Program (SIOP) P454 Multi-Mission Dry Dock (M2D2). The scope of work involves construction utilizing upland groundwater cutoff walls and cofferdam systems, including bulkheads, quay walls, enclosed utility galleries, and electrical and mechanical utility tunnels. Facilities will feature saltwater system intakes, closed-loop cooling, vessel mooring hardware, and automated control systems compatible with the Naval Base Kitsap Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA). Additional components include 40-foot gauge portal crane tracks, fire protection, and various treatment systems for process water and oily waste. Procurement may also encompass a ship-style floating caisson gate and electrified portal cranes.
