The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime, Columbus proposes to enter into a Firm-Fixed Price, long- term Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The solicitation is comprised of one (1) National Stock Number (NSN) item (COVER, FITTED, VEHICU). This solicitation is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, with Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources citing Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.203. This solicitation will use procedures from FAR Part 15 Contract by Negotiations. The solicitation will be for a total of five years, which includes a three-year base period and two (2) separately priced one-year option periods. The contract length will not exceed five years. Offerors will have the opportunity to submit pricing based on quantity break ranges. First Destination Transportation (FDT) applies to this item. The maximum contract value will be $1,068,590.34.
