Deposition Court Reporting Services

The Dallas RSOL is issuing solicitation number DOLSOL14001 as a combined synopsis/solicitation to engage a court reporting firm for deposition services. The contractor will provide certified and experienced court reporters to attend numerous depositions conducted by Dallas RSOL attorneys, accurately record testimony, and deliver timely verbatim transcripts. Performance is primarily centered in Dallas, Texas, and throughout Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Arkansas, though services may occasionally be required elsewhere in the continental United States. The selected firm must manage operations to ensure maximum responsiveness and efficiency to meet various regulations and due process requirements for the speedy production of accurate transcripts. Court reporters are required to maintain certifications for real-time verbatim transcripts and hold current certification for the jurisdiction in which the depositions occur. Additionally, reporters must be qualified under governing law to administer oaths to witnesses and possess sufficient knowledge of grammar and punctuation to recognize and correct errors in final transcripts.
