Solicitation: 47PL0019R0001 Subject: Award Notification Alaska IDIQ for Construction The U.S. General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (PBS), Northwest/Arctic Region announces the award of five Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contracts for general construction services in the state of Alaska. The contracts are grouped into two geographically based award pools. The award pools are called Zone 1 and Zone 2. The IDIQ contracts are awarded without discussions with Offerors in accordance with Section II.A of The Solicitation, FAR 52.215-1, Instructions to Offerors-Competitive Acquisition (January 2017). Caribou St. Wasilla, AK 99654 47PL0020D0004 JKM General Contractors, LLC 1884 East 3rd Avenue, Suite 201 Anchorage, Alaska 99501 47PL0020D0005 TBI Construction Co. 6474 E Palmer Wasilla Hwy Palmer, AK 99645 Task Order Requests for Proposals (TO RFP) will be issued in accordance with the ordering procedures established in the contract and that which provide fair opportunity for all awardees per FAR 16.505. The period of performance of this contract is February 1, 2020 through January 31, 2025. The contract maximum value (CMV) is $25,000,000, this contract is ceiling is shared across both award pools.
