Amendment 0001 of 693JF720B000001 is hereby issued and the purpose of the Amendment is as follows: (A) to add Section L.7 to the Solicitation and to make changes to Sections J.5 and M.1 of the Solicitation; (B) to state that the body of this Amendment captures the addition and all the changes that are listed in Paragraph (A) of this Amendment and it constitutes the updated body of the Solicitation/IFB; the said addition and changes appear in RED FONT for easy identification; and (D) to state that other provisions of this Solicitation remain unchanged. The successful Offeror will be required to provide layberthing services to two MARAD's RRF vessels (Admiral Callaghan and Cape Orlando) in the West Coast of the United States.
