DLA Troop Support intends to issue a 100% small business set-aside Request for Quote (RFQ) for the acquisition of one NSN, 8110-00-030-7780 (Drum, Shipping and Storage), under solicitation number SPE8E7-19-Q-0155. PROCURE TO MIL-D-6054. IDENTIFY TO: MIL-STD-130N, 16 Nov 2012 IDENTIFICATION MARKING OF U.S. MILITARY PROPERTY IAW BASIC SPEC NR MIL-DTL-6054G NOT 1 REVISION NR 1 DTD 06/22/2012 PART PIECE NUMBER: IAW REFERENCE DRAWING NR 98752 200415485 REVISION NR C DTD 09/05/2008 PART PIECE NUMBER: The solicitation period will be 10 days; the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on the DLA Internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS) sometime AFTER February 10, 2019. This procurement will be for a Long-Term Contract. The contract will consist of a one-year base and four possible one-year options with a contract maximum of $7 million. The provisions in the Economic Price Adjustments (EPA) clause will provide for adjustments of option year pricing with the possibility of quarterly or semi-annual price adjustments. The annual estimated quantity will be 21,009 EA. The required delivery schedule is 60 days after date of order (ADO) for the first 2,496 EA, or less, and then 2,496 EA every 30 days thereafter. Deliveries will be F.O.B. Origin to CONUS depots (stock) with Inspection / Acceptance at Destination. First-Destination Transportation and Packaging will apply. All quotes must include a copy of a completed solicitation. Follow directions as outlined in the solicitation when posted.
