Chamber Maintenance & Repairs

The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Huachuca Division, intends to award a noncompetitive sole source contract to Russells Technical Products, Inc. for chamber maintenance and repairs at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. This requirement supports the United States Army Electronic Proving Ground (EPG) by providing both corrective and preventative maintenance for the climatic chambers located at the Environmental Test Facility. The proposed contract structure includes a twelve-month base period followed by four twelve-month option periods.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Civil Program Financing Only is utilizing statutory authority under 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) to proceed with a single responsible source. This procurement is classified under NAICS 811210 for Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance and PSC J059 for Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment- Electrical and Electronic Equipment Components. This special notice does not constitute a request for proposals or quotations, as the government does not intend to issue a formal solicitation.

Responses to this notice must be submitted by 9:00 am Arizona time on June 17, 2026. Interested parties must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the government, though the final determination to compete the action remains at the government's discretion.
