(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation, NB686020-15-01588 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. (iv) This solicitation is a total small business set-aside. NAICS Code is 334118 with a size standard of 1,000 employees for this procurement. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Source Selection Process. Award will be made to the responsible contractor whose quotation conforming to the solicitation is the Lowest Priced Quotation which clearly meets the technical specifications of the SOW, tradeoffs are not permitted.
