Region 2 Medical Surveillance Program

The USDA Forest Service-SPOC IM is soliciting medical surveillance services for Region 2 under solicitation number 1282B125Q0030. This requirement is classified under NAICS 622110, General Medical and Surgical Hospitals, and PSC Q403, MEDICAL- EVALUATION/SCREENING. Following the issuance of amendment A0002, the previous set-aside has been dissolved and the procurement is now unrestricted, meaning both small and other than small business entities will be considered.

The contractor is responsible for providing medical evaluations and screenings across multiple localities, including specified cities in Kansas and the primary performance location in Denver, CO. Performance requirements include managing wage determinations for all included localities, as the provided determinations are not all-inclusive. The solicitation package currently contains 15 attachments, including wage determinations updated in May 2025 and a past performance questionnaire.
