All interested companies shall provide quotation(s) on the attached line items. The anticipated award will be a 5-year firm fixed price zero dollar BPA. Period of Performance will be established for yearly anticipated orders in each line item. Contract Line Item Numbers: CLIN 0001: Service Contract for yearly inspection and testing (in September) per attached SOW and the VHA Boiler Plant Safety Device Testing Manual Fourth Edition). ***Base Year service will be in September*** (1 JB). The government will evaluate information based on the following evaluation criteria: Price All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW is included as Attachment 1 to this solicitation. Offerors are requested to quote Firm Fixed Price for any and all of the line items on the Schedule of Supplies and Services attached to this solicitation. Service Contract Act Wage Determination Number WD15-4221 , Revision Number -8, dated 01-16-2018, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. This is an open-market combined synopsis/solicitation for services as defined herein.The government intends to award a firm fixed price BPA, with a 1 year period of performance, as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation that will include the terms and conditions set forth herein. To facilitate the award process, all quotes must include a statement regarding the terms and conditions herein as follows: "The terms and conditions in the solicitation are acceptable to be included in the award document without modification, deletion, or addition."
