View moreBased on your experience, are there any critical components, processes, or features missing from the SON that are essential for a successful, fully functional relaxation pod? If so, please explain.
Are there any features listed that significantly drive up the cost for minimal benefit?
Would you recommend alternative features that provide a better "value" for relaxation and wellness (e.g., therapeutic lighting or audio instead of heated seats)?
The SON requires a subscription-free content library. Is this a standard offer? Does this model limit future content updates? Would you recommend a different model (e.g., a one-time content update service) to ensure the pods remain engaging over their lifespan?
What are the typical site preparation requirements for a product like this? (e.g., power outlet type/amperage, doorway/hallway clearance dimensions, floor weight capacity). Should these details be specified in the SON?
Do you have any recommendations for improving this Statement of Need to allow for a more accurate and competitive response?
