When issued the Solicitation/Request for Proposal can be found on the DSCC Bid website at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/. The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 6 NSNs (see below) with an AMC/AMSC of 1T and must be provided by the specific QPL sources. An Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract with a base period of three years and two option years is anticipated. Multiple delivery orders may be written against the basic contract for a maximum of five years. Solicitation will be issued as This solicitation is Unrestricted with full and open competition.
