The RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. This will not be a total small business set aside. This item is sole source to Cage 0UJB5 - Fascan International, Inc., and Cage 1EFH8 - General Dynamics Land Systems. The item maybe hazardous. The RFP will be issued for an estimated annual quantity of 14 EA for the base year and each option years. Offers will be solicited with a delivery of 125 days ARO. Terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. FDT applies. DLA Direct requirements only. Based on market research, this item is not a Commercial Item. The guaranteed minimum is 3 each for the base year only. Trade Agreements apply in accordance with Clause 52.225-7021.
