GENERAL SCOPE
The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Southwestern Division, Middle East District (SWM) anticipates a potential Integrated Design and Construction (IDaC) requirement to support the pre-construction activities and construction of secure facilities that are ICD-705 compliant at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. These requirements stem from the Air Force Central Command (AFCENT) and the Al Udeid Air Base 2040 Strategic Master Plan (SMP 2040).
