A. Project Title: Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) National Capital Region (NCR) Job Order Contract (JOC). B. This acquisition is acompetitive local small business set-aside limited to businesses with an ACTIVE Top Secret facilities clearance and within a 50-mile radius of theJ. Edgar Hoover (JEH) building located at 935 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington D.C. 20535. Interested offers must have an active Top Secretfacilities clearance and an office within a 50 mile radius of JEH to be considered for award. C. The Total Contract minimum guarantee is $50,000. D. The total amount of this contract is not-to-exceed a monetary amount of $24.5M or a total term of 5 years (as extended through the exercise ofoptions), whichever is reached first. E.
