This synopsis is for the acquisition of the Mesh, Cold Weather, Undershirt, NSN 8415-01-696-8286(s) (PGC 00471) and the Mesh, Flame Resistant, Cold Weather, Drawers, NSN 8415-01-696-8286(s) (PGC 00472). This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) acquisition with five (5) one-year tier ordering periods. This acquisition will be 100% set-aside for Small Businesses (SBs). The total requirement is for any combination of the Mesh Undershirts and Drawers Cold Weather items. The total minimum quantity 7,500. The Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) for each of the five (5) tier ordering periods is 30,000 and the total maximum quantity is 187,500. The Mesh, Cold Weather, Undershirt (PGC 00471) shall be made in accordance with military specification MIL-DTL-32741 with Amendment 1, dated 25 March 2024; pattern dated 17 August 2023. The Mesh, Flame Resistant, Cold Weather, Drawers (PGC 00472) shall be made in accordance with military specification MIL-DTL-32740 with Amendment 1, dated 25 March 2024; pattern dated 17 August 2023. The Mesh Undershirts and Drawers are considered military unique. This acquisition will utilize Best Value Source Selection procedures.
