Sole Source Notice

The Department of the Navy, Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) Procurement Group, intends to award a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement to Modern Machine Integrators, LLC, under solicitation number N68520-24-SIMACQ-HJ00000-0317. This requirement is for as-needed preventative maintenance and repair services for equipment supported by the contractor, who is the original equipment manufacturer and the only known source capable of satisfying agency requirements. The anticipated contract includes a five-year period of performance for work classified under NAICS 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, and PSC J029, MAINT/REPAIR/REBUILD OF EQUIPMENT- ENGINE ACCESSORIES.

The procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) because only one source is reasonably available to provide the necessary services within the United States. Although this notice is not a request for competitive quotes, the government will consider capability statements from responsible sources to determine if a competitive procurement should be conducted. Submissions are due to the point of contact, Christine Butler, within three calendar days of the May 19, 2026, publication date, though the overall notice response deadline is June 3, 2026. The determination to compete the requirement based on received information remains solely within the discretion of the government.
