Solicitation Number: N6523626QE234Title: ARC TECHNOLOGIESThe purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic?s intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to ARC TECHNOLOGIES for Radar Absorbing Material. The Government intends to negotiate solely with ARC TECHNOLOGIES under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) due to solicitating from a single source not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. The NAICS Code is 334419 as a large business. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted by accessing the specific notice in the PIEE Solicitation Module by 15 June 2026.
