USE OF THIS CONTRACT IS FOR ROAD MAINTENANCE, DECOMMISSIONING, SURFACING AND MINOR CONSTRUCTION. TYPICALLY WORK WILL CONSIST OF, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO ROUTINE ROAD MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES SUCH AS SURFACE BLADING, CONSTRUCTING AND MAINTAINING DRAINAGE FEATURES, CULVERT CLEANING AND REPLACEMENT, CATTLE GUARD CLEANING, REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENT, GATE INSTALLATION, ROADSIDE BRUSHING, SIGN AND GUARDRAIL INSTALLATION, ROAD SURFACING, CONCRETE AND ASPHALT SURFACE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS, ROAD DECOMMISSIONING AND EMERGENCY REPAIRS AS REQUIRED. THIS IS 1 OF 5 CONTRACTS IN THIS MULTIPLE AWARD IDIQ. THEREFORE, AWARDING OF TASK ORDERS WILL BE BASED ON PROPOSALS/QUOTES SUBMITTED BY EACH AWARDEE. ANY POTENTIAL PROJECT WILL BE COMPETED AMONGST THE AWARDEES, AND AWARD WILL BE BASED ON THE CRITERIA SET FORTH IN SECTION G OF THE CONTRACT. INDIVIDUAL TASK ORDERS WILL BE ISSUED BY PROJECT AND LIST SPECIFIC WORK ITEMS TO BE COMPLETED. CONTRACT TIME WILL BE A BASE YEAR, AND 4 OPTION YEARS.
