THIS REQUIREMENT IS TO OBTAIN STRATEGIC CONTINUOUS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT (CPI) CHANGE MANAGEMENT SUPPORT TO EXECUTE THE FAS-WIDE LEAN SIX SIGMA PROGRAM. IT INCLUDES TRAINING AND COACHING SUPPORT FOR CURRENT AND FUTURE EXECUTIVE STEERING COMMITTEE (ESC) MEMBERS, WHITE BELTS, YELLOW BELTS, GREEN BELTS, BLACK BELTS AND MASTER BLACK BELTS IN THE VIRTUAL AND ONSITE ENVIRONMENTS. SUPPORT WILL INCLUDE CERTIFIED BLACK BELT SUPPORT INCLUDING ACTIVE MANAGEMENT AND COACHING IN THE COMPLETION AND FACILITATION OF DEFINE, MEASURE, ANALYZE, IMPROVE, AND CONTROL (DMAIC) GATED AND NON-GATED PROJECT TEAMS THE FOLLOWING MUST BE ADDRESSED IN A STRATEGY FOR BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT IN ORDER TO SUPPORT THE OBJECTIVES OF FAS AND THE REGION 2 BUSINESS MANAGEMENT OFFICE: IMPROVEMENT OF BUSINESS PROCESSES THAT ENSURE A CONSISTENT, QUALITY FAS WIDE EXPERIENCE IMPROVEMENT OF EMPLOYEE AWARENESS OF FAS PORTFOLIO OFFERINGS AND THEIR VALUE ENGAGEMENT OF EMPLOYEES FROM ALL DIFFERENT BUSINESS LINES TO TRANSMIT THIS VALUE TO CUSTOMERS IMPROVEMENT OF EXECUTION AND SERVICE DELIVERY COORDINATION OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND CUSTOMER CONTACT ACTIVITIES ENHANCING POTENTIAL CLIENT ENGAGEMENT AND IMPROVED CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR FAS SERVICES CLARIFICATION OF INFORMATION REPOSITORIES TO FACILITATE EASE OF INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION, PARTICULARLY ONLINE PROJECT GENERATION UTILIZING PROJECT GENERATION WORKSHOPS ACROSS ALL FAS REGIONS PROJECT SELECTION FOR ALL LEVELS OF BELT CANDIDATES (WHITE, YELLOW, GREEN, BLACK, AND MASTER BLACK BELT) BASED ON THE RESULTS OF PROJECT IDENTIFICATION AND PRIORITIZATION ACTIONS.
