WE WILL DELIVER MEASURED, INCREMENTAL IMPROVEMENTS THROUGHOUT THE CONTRACT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE BY APPLYING OUR BLENDED, BEST PRACTICE APPROACH FOR ASSESSING EXISTING DEVELOPMENT, STAGING AND PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENTS AND INTRODUCING NECESSARY CHANGES IN A CONTROLLED MANNER TO INCREASE NASA WEB SERVICES EFFICIENCY, EXPAND NASA STAKEHOLDER PRODUCTIVITY AND AUTOMATE PROCESS ACTIVITIES TO IMPROVE THE RELIABILITY OF OUTPUTS WHILE ENHANCING THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
